Skyr-a-mole!

Variation on guacamole that is not only superb with tortilla or potato chips but also a healthy dip for vegetables!

1 container plain skyr
2 cloves garlic
1 whole avocado
30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon juice (one lemon’s worth)
Coriander leaves
Dash of chili powder or fresh chili pepper
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt

Combine skyr and garlic in a blender
Remove skin and stone from avocado, dice, and add to blender
Add lemon juice, chili powder/pepper, and coriander
Add pepper and salt to taste
